Workmanship Warranty

A Unique Image Construction LLC warrants that all workmanship performed directly by the Company will be free from defects resulting from improper installation or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty applies only to labor performed by A Unique Image Construction LLC. Manufacturer warranties on materials, products, fixtures, roofing systems, windows, doors, siding, appliances, and other installed products remain the sole responsibility of the respective manufacturer and are transferred to the Owner when applicable.

Any warranty claim must be submitted to the Company in writing within the warranty period. The Owner must provide the Company with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the reported issue before any repairs are made by others. Failure to notify the Company and allow inspection may void this warranty.
